Natalie Brake - Personal Chef

Natalie Brake Years ago Natalie Brake wanted to be a famous chef. So she went to a world-renowned culinary school; studied hard; and worked in some of Canada’s best-known restaurants.

While this life was exciting, something was amiss: She got home late every night, tired and overworked. She couldn’t keep up with the other aspiring celebrity chefs, and she felt uninspired, even unhealthy. Then, she was diagnosed with a pre-diabetic condition related to food.

Luckily, Natalie soon discovered the rewarding personal chef industry—and started her own business cooking for busy, health-conscious folks like herself.

She never did become a famous chef, but she did learn how to maintain her own health and vitality. She also moved to Vancouver Island, where you can now find this eager chef at local farmers’ markets, delighting over fresh-off-the-vine tomatoes, or hiking along coastal trails. All while delicious healthy culinary solutions simmer in her mind.
